Tell us what you need and we will send a proforma invoice with firm prices on our current contract. Prices are issued per quotation because pellet markets move — we would rather quote you honestly for today’s cargo than publish a rate that is stale by the time your vessel sails.
What to include in your enquiry
- Quantity — number of containers, or tonnes per month if you are discussing an annual contract
- Destination port — we quote FOB Kandla/Mundra, or CIF to your port
- Packing preference — 15 kg bags or 1,000 kg jumbo bags
- Payment preference — TT, or Letter of Credit at sight
- Sample requirement — we can courier 2–3 kg for your own laboratory testing
What happens next
- We review your enquiry and issue a proforma invoice with a 7-day validity.
- On confirmation, we arrange the 30% advance and start production against your order.
- When the lot is complete, the lab issues the Certificate of Analysis and we send you a pre-shipment photo report.
- The container is stuffed, sealed and weighed; the Bill of Lading is issued and documents dispatched to you.
- Balance payment against B/L copy or L/C presentation closes the transaction.
Common questions
Can I get a sample before committing?
Yes. We courier 2–3 kg so your technical team can burn-test and analyse the fuel against your boiler specification. Courier cost is shared between us.
What is the minimum order?
One 20-ft container is the practical minimum for export. For domestic supply we can discuss truck-load quantities — mention your requirement in the enquiry.
Can you arrange independent inspection?
Yes. SGS, Intertek or Bureau Veritas inspection can be arranged at our plant before loading or at the port, at buyer’s or seller’s cost as agreed. See our quality and certification page.
Do you supply on an annual contract?
Yes. Annual contracts run on a monthly rolling schedule with 15 days’ notice per container batch, and prices are re-anchored quarterly. On annual volume we can discuss improved terms, including a discount against 100% advance.
Which incoterm should I choose?
For a first container, CIF is usually simpler — it fixes your landed cost and leaves the vessel booking to us. Once you have your own freight desk running, FOB gives you direct control over carrier rates. Either way, the product price is the same.
Send your enquiry to our export desk and we will respond with a proforma invoice.
