Biomass Pellets — Neway Agro-Fuels

Neway Agro-Fuels manufactures and exports paddy straw biomass pellets from our own pellet plant in Bhiwani, Haryana. We are not a trading company — we operate the hammer mill, dryer, pellet press, cooler and screening line ourselves, which means factory-gate pricing, consistent quality and short lead times.

Why importers choose Neway

Manufacturer-direct

We are the pellet maker, not a broker. You buy at the factory gate with no trading margin stacked between you and the line.

Secure raw material

Our plant sits in Bhiwani, Haryana — one of India’s largest paddy-grain production belts. We source paddy straw under contract from farmers and contractors across North India, giving us year-round supply with no seasonal gaps.

Consistent 30 t/day line

A dedicated 30-tonne-per-day pellet line means we can fill a container in one to two days and honour monthly schedules on annual contracts.

Export discipline

We apply the same documentation and on-time-dispatch standards we built in our medical-equipment business to every export consignment — proper commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of analysis and clean container stuffing.

Our product

Paddy Straw Biomass Pellets — hard cylindrical 8–12 mm fuel, 3,800–4,200 kcal/kg, from 100% paddy straw with moisture at 10% or less. Sized for standard industrial boiler feeders.

Quality and compliance

Every lot is tested and issued with a Certificate of Analysis covering calorific value, moisture, ash content, fines and pellet dimensions. Independent third-party inspection by SGS, Intertek or Bureau Veritas can be arranged on request for pre-shipment and per-shipment verification. Product certification and independent laboratory analysis are prepared for every shipment.

Start with a trial container

We encourage first-time buyers to start with a single 20-ft container on CIF or FOB terms. Samples can be couriered in advance on a shared-cost basis. Annual contracts run on a monthly rolling schedule with 15 days’ notice per container batch.

Send us your quantity, destination port and packing preference, and we will issue a proforma invoice with firm prices on our current contract.
