4 Reflector LED OT Light
135,000 Lux Single Dome | Mobile Mounted | CRI >93 | 50,000 Hour LEDs
The Neway RAY-L1 4 Reflector LED OT Light is a single-dome, mobile-mounted surgical light built for operation theatres that need one dependable light source with the freedom to reposition it between rooms, procedures and shell openings.
At 135,000 lux with a CRI above 93 and 44 LEDs rated beyond 50,000 hours, it delivers a clean, evenly lit operative field on a single mobile stand. Because it rolls, the same unit serves a main OT, a minor procedure room and an emergency setup without buying a second fixed light.

What 4 Reflector Means for Light Quality
The four-reflector optical arrangement takes the 44 LEDs and directs their output through four separate reflector facets rather than one flat diffuser. The practical effect is a much more uniform field — fewer hot spots and darker edges across the operative area, and noticeably less shadowing when the surgeon’s hands or an instrument stand are in the field.
Combined with a light field diameter of 160 mm or more, that uniformity means the surgeon works across the whole area without needing to re-aim the light mid-procedure. Manual focus adjustment then lets the team narrow or widen the field for a particular wound without a cycle.
Why a Mobile LED OT Light
One Light, Several Rooms
Mobile surgical lights are the pragmatic choice for hospitals that have a main OT but also run a day-care or minor procedure room, or that need a backup light during maintenance or power work. The same unit moves between them on its own castors, with no re-installation.
Angled Access for Lowering Light
A mobile stand lets the light be angled in from the side rather than dropped straight down over the patient. That keeps the light out of the surgeon’s line of sight and out of the camera’s line of sight — critical for laparoscopic work and for any procedure recorded on video.
50,000-Hour LEDs
With an LED life rated above 50,000 hours, this is the lowest-maintenance lighting option in the range. The digital dome control and manual focus mechanism are conventional, serviceable components rather than closed electronics, so a fault does not end the life of the fixture.
Applications
- General surgery
- Minor procedure rooms and day-care units
- Orthopaedic and trauma procedures
- ENT and ophthalmic surgery
- Obstetrics and gynaecology
- Dental and veterinary procedure rooms
Single Dome or Twin Dome?
If your theatre runs short procedures with one surgeon, this single-dome mobile unit is the right choice and the lower-cost route in. If your surgical mix includes multi-surgeon cases, orthopaedic work or procedures needing a wide field plus a focused secondary field, the RAY-L2 Twin Dome LED OT Light gives you 135,000 + 135,000 lux and an endoscopy mode.
